So, they did a great job fixing our AC issue. And for the most part they are great here like pretty much all the Ken Garff locations. Shawn O'Brien (in service) has always been great to work with, she's very friendly and responsive. Reasons for knocking off a star: I HATE the new automated scheduling system on the phone, "Brooke" It's frustrating, and makes it harder to schedule an appointment.
