Have Mopar extended warranty, service wanted like $115 to diagnose issue because they weren't sure it was covered. It was covered but repair cost less than deductible so for something that is warrantied I either pay them the $115 or have it repaired in a week but they didn't have the part so I have to come back. Last time I'll go there but I can blast them on 3 Mopar satisfaction surveys 😂😂
Worst experience I’ve ever had. They had my car 3 times and just fixed the problem after the 3rd time. I took my car in at 8:30 this morning and they said they would drop it off to me at work, I was scheduled to work until 6, they said oh yeah we’ll have it to you before then. I said great. I called at 5:30 because my car still was not there and the lady said the service department was closed, they left at 5. Well they still had my car. They are misleading with regards to their service. Don’t go here you’ll be wasting your money!!
