I got a new stereo put in my 300 and tried to get a factory rearview replacement but they wouldn't fix the $500 fiasco they put in my car. They did not reconnect my sub woofer to the radio. And charged me $1000+ after telling me 800 then 900. I'll never come back here. I was planning to buy a jeep here after I paid off the 300 but seen how a lady came in with a 2024 they had to fix twice because they didn't do it right the first time. These people don't deserve your money

Jessica in the service department is so amazing, she’s so helpful, patient and kind. Wish it was more people like her in this world, she goes above and beyond to help and l really appreciate her. I would give her 100 stars if l could

I had service done recently and the team at Bedford was fantastic, especially Jessica and Aaron! My family and I previously serviced our vehicles at the Strongsville Alfa Romeo dealership. We had service scheduled twice and they never showed up. They told us that if we bought our cars at their dealership, then the service would be better. That is not the right way to speak to customers. Bedford on the other hand has been so helpful and kind. Highly recommend!
