All of the staff at Branson Dental have been friendly and professional over the several years our family has been going.
For my daughter and my first visit at their office in Watauga, I had requested Dr. Montroy for cleanings. We were seen by Dr. Branson. When we got there they only did ex-rays and looked in our mouths and told me we would need to schedule another appointment for the cleanings. They said this was an office policy. They failed to tell me this when I scheduled my cleaning. Then they never called after 6 months to schedule our next appointment. When I called them it took several months to get in.
I'd like this business to realize that they shouldn't treat people like this just because they they think people with insurance are abusing their practice. This is not the way a good business operates.
Do NOT use this dentist! The absolute worst customer service I've ever had. The woman who answered the phone was so rude! I was asking questions on what product they used and she was sure to tell me that if we didn't want to pay a lot of money not to use them and then hung up on me! She was horrible!!
I have been a patient for a few years and thought highly of their honesty and service. However, I now question their thoroughness. I recently had a filling fall out and with it an additional portion of the tooth. Branson said that I just needed a crown. Two other dentists said that I had a large cavity which caused the filling to come out. I require a root canal and post to support a crown. Branson should have caught the cavity underneath earlier. Also gave me an inadequate plan to fix it.
My family and I have been going to Dr Branson for many years and I have nothing but positive to say about him and his staff. Everyone is always been very friendly.
