I got an unsolicited text message from this guy, addressed to my mom's name not mine, so I know he didn't get my info from any database that I voluntarily put my info into. Don't cold call people, it's really irritating and not ok.
Ken cold called me. I asked who was calling and why and he refused to tell me anything more than his name until I identified myself. MF you called me. I am under no obligation to answer your questions but you, as the solicitor should definitely immediately make your intentions known. He finally relented passive aggressively.
