We were looking to buy a house in San Diego while living in Rhode Island. This was challenging for us and for Ken, but he handled it with patience, understanding, and professionalism. Without reservation, we would recommend Ken to anyone looking to buy or sell their home.
Have to say that even with a few buyer miscues, the whole process was splendid thanks to Ken's superb effort and attention to details. He was able to clearly illustrate the various issues and navigated a great course that quickly brought us to closing. We were very pleased with the results and ease of paperwork (electronic sigs) and how well the parts became a completed process. Highly recommend Ken and his team as they were excellent and very nice to deal with.
Ken helped us find the perfect home in San Diego. We live in another state and Ken helped us with every step along the way. He was very prompt with his communication and was extremely responsive and explained everything thoroughly. He is also exceptionally knowledgeable of the San Diego real estate market.
