I got my hair cut my Jessica Jaggers and I love it! She's fun and is able to keep a good conversation going so it's not just an awkward hair cut of silence, but I would deff recommend jess to others!
I love Kem's!!! It's like going to a fancy salon without the fancy salon price!! I love my personal space while getting my hair done. It's quiet and peaceful and just about me, in my own space. I love the experience at Kem's!!!!
