Kempsville Veterinary Hospital Staff is very friendly, especially the vet assistants. Easy to get an appointment. There are 3 or 4 doctors and they have a groomer there almost every day, however the groomer is not the friendliest person. Good location and hours. They also do boarding of pets.
Best In Town My dog, Pepper, was a patient of Kempsville Veterinary Hospital for 14 years. A week ago I had to have her put to sleep because she had been ill for a while. While she was sick and when I was trying to make this decision, Dr. McKenney and his staff couldn't have been kinder. They answered all my questions and gave me all the options. When I arrived at the office the day I had to take her to be put to sleep. I was crying so hard and his staff was wonderful and kind. A few days after I received a hand written card... read more
I was forced to declaw my cat - he was terrorizing my home and the last straw was the scars left on my feet and legs and then him scratching my 3 year old. Since his aggressive behavior was playful behavior and he wasn't aware that he was doing harm, I felt I was left with no other option as we did not want to rehome him.
