There is no one worse than Kempner Properties. You will have to beg for maintenance and repairs in your apartment. It will be dirty when you move in, and you will lose your security deposit for this when you move out. They only care about money and nothing else. Be prepared to be treated like a monopoly game, you are just another source of income for them.
I just signed a lease with this company. I'm not used to the new world of renting where direct contact is minimal and it caused some misunderstandings but the staff at Kempner handled everything with professionalism, efficiency, and great communication. I appreciate the up front style of management and look forward to moving in to my dream apartment with total confidence and satisfaction from my experience.
