I was recommended to Dr. Tom’s office by a friend and couldn’t have been more pleased with my experience.

Dr. Kemperas and his staff are the best of the best! Dr. Kemperas was able to diagnose a serious eye condition years before it became a problem and he saved my vision! I live in Rolling Meadows, but drive to Dr. Kemperas because I wouldn't trust anyone else.
