I loved working with Kemper. He was extremely knowledgeable, very helpful for me as a first time home buyer. He is very responsive and always available, and answered effectively any question I had, and guided me to the correct professionals when I needed specific services pre and post closing. He made the whole process very smooth. Throughout, I felt like a family member, not a client. Kemper Ray really knows how to maximize the value of the homes he sells! We had a property in the Belmont Hills that was in a great location but really needed some love. Kemper knew exactly what to do to make the home shine. He managed some major upgrades to the property including fresh paint and recessed lighting throughout the entire home, new cabinets and quartz countertops in the kitchen, design upgrades in all of the bathrooms, and fresh landscaping in the backyard.
