Kemper was amazing to work with throughout the whole home buying process. He was warm, patient, responsive, and always made me feel like he genuinely had my best interest in mind. He explained things clearly, never made me feel pressured, and was always there when I had questions. Buying a home can be stressful, but Kemper made the whole experience feel so much easier and more comfortable. I loved working with Kemper. He was extremely knowledgeable, very helpful for me as a first time home buyer. He is very responsive and always available, and answered effectively any question I had, and guided me to the correct professionals when I needed specific services pre and post closing. Kemper Ray really knows how to maximize the value of the homes he sells! We had a property in the Belmont Hills that was in a great location but really needed some love. Kemper knew exactly what to do to make the home shine. He managed some major upgrades to the property including fresh paint and recessed lighting throughout the entire home, new cabinets and quartz countertops in the kitchen, design upgrades in all of the bathrooms, and fresh landscaping in the backyard.
