Power is always out. Property management will never answer a phone. It’s dirty and there are leaks in the hallways so be careful for slipping. The windows are full of cracks and let bugs and the cold in. Again, the management sucks and I was lied to by Troy when I moved in. DO NOT RENT HERE.

Horrid experience living here. The Residence do nothing but hard drugs. Rat and bed bugs infestation in the whole building Your house will get broken into on a daily. I also heard they rumored to spy on tenants with hidden cameras in each house.
Absolutely horrible company. They let their tenants go without air conditioning for weeks to months and their solution is a fan. It’s 85 degrees in here already at 8:45 am. Extremely dangerous and absolutely heartless.
