I had a horrible experience. I contacted her to inquire about a rental that she was representing. She wasn’t helpful and wouldn’t answer my questions for two days. After finally getting ahold of her she was rude on the phone and basically made it sound like the owners didn’t want to rent the place. She told me that nothing will be maintained and pest control inside the condo will be my responsibility. I am a loan officer and just got done closing on a home for one of my clients. Rose was the realtor, and she did a stellar job! You could tell she really had the clients best interests at heart, and she is a top negotiator. She got her an amazing deal on a home and was great to work with the whole way through. A++++++ I know who I'm sending all of my Orlando clients to now. 😊

We were investigating moving to Orlando and contacted Rose Kemp for help exploring neighborhoods, schools districts and what kind of houses we could get with our budget. She was quite helpful and showed us about a dozen houses in different school districts in the day and a half we had. Thanks to her we have a much better sense of Orlando and are well prepared to shop should we decide to move her. Thanks Rose!
