I've been with Kemp Hable for 5 years now. I read some of the other reviews and it sounds like people want to follow their own rules. Shirley has always been consistent with me, likely because I'm respectful and consistent as well. Respect that we are renting someone else's property, pay on time and openly communicate, and you'll have no complaints on this company.
