We spoke to Alan about our air conditioning not working yesterday. He was very helpful in trying to diagnose our repair need over the phone. He sent a technician Paul to our home. Paul quickly diagnosed our problem and replaced our circuit board. We had two previous companies come out and said we needed a new unit.
