I set up a time to test drive a brand new SUV in which I was 100% positive that I was going to buy it before I even showed up (and I drove an hour to check it out). They ended up selling the same vehicle as I was test driving it. I do not recommend this place!!! I will just stick with my dealer that has always provided great service to me, but unfortunately does not sell GMC!

We sincerely apologize and take 100% responsibility for situation. There are several things we could have done to avoid what happened. We have addressed our appointment process and policy to ensure that future customers are not put into this situation again. We did and will try to acquire identicle vehicles so both customers wanting the same vehicle can get the great Tag deals GM is offering. We will do whatever it takes to make our customers and future customers feel that they can count on us.
First time buyer from Kemna..... Kevin Shaw and his crew treated us like family.... Definitely going back for our next purchase

A great place to find a car, truck, SUV... whatever you're looking for! The staff is SUPER friendly, easy to talk to, and willing to help solve any issue (if one happens to arise) and answer any question you might have. Comfortable waiting room and awesome kid's corner.
