She isn't our primary doctor but she treated my children with kindness and compassion when we had a sick child visit. She was able to see both of my children in one visit (apparently something frowned upon at Texas Children's?) and even though the wait was long, she addressed our needs thoroughly so we don't have to return. Sick kiddos and lack of sleep made me not the most pleasant of individuals but she was understanding and empathetic. That's all I can ask for. Thank you.
