Lovely, charming, historically protected buildings, on the smaller side but charming. Good management, friendly tenants, well maintained and pet friendly. I love it there and my visiting friends are all impressed.
We have had nothing but positive experiences since we moved to the Kelvingrove Apartments. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained, maintenance issues are dealt with in a timely manner, residents are friendly and amenities are close by. Thanks so much to Rebecca and Andre for your positive attitude and your quick response to any maintenance issues.
Poor communication skills and lack of response to emergencies and complaints by residential managers. We need new management!
Terrible customer service. Stay away!
