New management is awful !!! And they have a guy who is super rude!!!
So now we have a mice infestation with no professional help (exterminator). Just another day here at Kelvingrove and Glenleven
I was interested in perhaps renting one of the apartments as they look nice on the outside, having walked the property, I realized the grounds are littered cigarette butts and garbage and when I entered the lobby of a potential suite, the place was filthy, dirty stairwells, dirty carpet, bad smell and the garbage hut was overflowing as they do not have enough bins. This place looks nice on the outside, but once you get in as a tenant, it’s terrible because of the new management under SpiceCart. Your maintenance requests will all be ignored. The building needs new windows and so the paint peels off the walls because of too much moisture and fluctuating temperatures. The Heat and A/C vents are never serviced, have mould, and the condensation around the vents in the summer makes the plaster walls squishy and impossible to fix. Lovely, charming, historically protected buildings, on the smaller side but charming. The complex is under new management which is TOO bad. I would advise you talk to Residents BEFORE you take the decision to move in here. MANAGEMENT IS POOR and unresponsive to complaints…. That’s all!
