Our ajoining Backstage Cafe is open Tuesday - Friday 10:30 am - 2:00pm for lunch & Every evening for Dinner from 5pm - 8pm, Friday & Saturday til 9pm. Worst service EVER! They refused to take our order at the front and said "someone will be out to take your order". No one ever came. They need a better system or something so they know who wants to order, who has ordered, etc. They walked passed several times completely ignoring us, despite us asking them to take our order, served everyone else around us. I am sorry it did go perfect last night. Our crew has 3 days experience. We had approximately 90 people come in an hours time. Not sure what business would score a 100% with everyone. As far as walking past you, I have told them they need to look for a signal from the customer vs interrupting people while watching the movie. If I took orders at the counter and everyone was 6 feet apart they would be 300 feet out the door. Again sorry it was a less then ideal night for you. Mike
