Called to inquire about a new patient consultation for my 9 yr old, advised that we were switching ins from optum to health net beginning of the year but I was looking for a provider that took both plans. Mary called me back and said “it’s not fair to a 9year old if your going to be changing plans in 3 weeks to start sessions” very rude tone it could’ve been approached in a different way. I work in health care and that is terrible customer service to speak with a potential patient that way, very degrading.
Dr. Kelso is the first professional I have felt compfortable opening up to. I can tell she puts a lot of care into her work. Highly recommend.
