Don’t order from their website for pick up. I put in an order 2.5 hours early to pick up for 7:10pm and paid online. I showed up on time, but my order wasn’t out yet. While I was waiting I was told multiple times it would come out soon, they were just busy but my order was coming soon. After asking multiple times, and 40 minutes later, the manager tells me they never got my order, even though I had the email with the confirmation number. We love coming to Kelsey’s Mapleview. Always amazing service and we always make sure to sit in the bar section so we get Tara. She’s amazing. Always so friendly and efficient.
I had an amazing experience at this Kelsey’s my server was so cheerful w/ great energy her name was Tara D. I’m from out of town & would definitely recommend bc of her energy and service !! I absolutely had to make a review. Def exceeded my expectations.
