Enjoyed the food thoroughly! Sam was fantastic and I greatly appreciated the opportunity to dine at Kelsey’s.
This place is inconsistent I like the wings but only half the time. One order comes tossed in sauce and the wings are covered the next it’s like a drizzle. I never know what I will get. This should never be the case. I order last night and got dry gross wings last week they were good. This is a fail any place that does the job only 50% of the time should not survive.
