Poorly ran and incompetent office. My grandmother was sent to collections because they did not process her insurance. Luckily someone at the collection agency was able to get that squared away for her. On a different occasion, my grandmother waited in office for approximately 50 minutes before she was told that she didn't need to be seen by Kelsey that day. What takes an office almost one hour to realize that a patient doesn't need to seen by a provider?? A SLOPPY ONE.

DO NOT GO TO her or anyone in this office! I went to see Kelsey and the visit was pleasant enough and I did like her. However, it was the events that followed that gave me serious concern and I endured a lot of stress as a result. I have been taking care of my mother who has incurable Stage IV small cancer and Kelsey knew this.
