Can’t say how her service is bc we were not allowed to keep the appointment. I get that we were 14 minutes late for our appointment, but I had a 75 year old person in a wheelchair in the office at 2:14. Appointment was at 2:00. To be clear - the waiting room was empty, but we were told we missed our 10 minute grace window and would have to reschedule.
