A friend referred me to Kelsey and it was the very best thing that happened in my home buying journey! Kelsey met with the sales office with me and provided all the support that I needed. She was able to give me options on who to contact for all of the inspections and different meetings that needed to happen, and she kept all of the appointments straight for me. Kesley is absolutely amazing. If you listen to her suggestions of what to do to your home to get is sold quickly and for the biggest bang for your buck, it will happen! Had our house listed for 2 days and had 3 offers. From listing our house to the closing was only 20 days!!! She should get 10 stars, not just 5!!!
Kelsey was very kind and honest. She gave us guidance on what we needed to do to get the house marketable to sell in a short time but get the biggest bang for our buck. Kelsey made the entire process seamless and exceptionally pleasant. As an out-of-state buyer, our communication was mainly through text and messages, yet I never had to wait long for a response.
