Dr. Rickels is awesome. Very thorough in her exam and in explaining what and why she was doing what she was doing. Also, she listened to my concerns and answered my questions. She has a very positive and friendly manner. Her assistant, Shawn, who checked me in had the same kind of positive and friendly demeanor. Overall, everytime I have seen Dr. Rickels has been a great experience!
The care provided by Dr. Rickels and her team is excellent. They are professional, explain each test performed, and make sure you are comfortable. Dr. Rickels take time with her patients. She answers all your questions and performs a thorough exam. She is an excellent provider and I consider myself lucky to have her as my Optometrist.
