Friendly, thorough and understanding
The wait time was minimal and the appointment went smoothly. Dr. RIckels and her staff were very kind and took the time to answer all of my questions and concerns.
First time meeting the Doctor and staff, they all were awesome.
Dr. Rickels is awesome. I feel like she really cared. She explained things. And showed interest about my visit. She is super nice and very pleasant to talk with.
Everything went very efficiently. The staff were all friendly and professional. My appointment ran on time
