Front desk and doctors are caring and professional. They never seem hurried or bothered. I love this clinic!
I have been a patient of a few different doctors here for a few years now and have had decent experiences. Today I came in for an appointment that I made over a week ago only to be called as I was walking in the door that they would have to reschedule. It’s incredibly unprofessional and inconsiderate to reschedule with somebody as they’re walking through the door, 5 minutes before their appointment. AVOID THIS PLACE. THEY ARE CROOKS. I used to like this place. They were the primary physicians for my family and me. However, this place has grown into a complete bureaucracy that isn't transparent and doesn't want to help its patients. Apparently now they are part of the hospital, so they send you an extra bill for using their "facilities". I took my daughter there for pink eye, nothing was prescribed and despite paying the copay, I received a bill for another $40.00. The billing was simply incorrect--and in the past they h... read more
The rereception, doctors, M.A.s etc. Are always super helpful. And you can get appointments within a reasonable time! They have made mistakes on several occasions with documenting & sharing information correctly! Wrong meds updated and or sent to wrong pharmacy.
