I would recommend Kelmann Restoration to anyone who needs help with water damage. Recently my condo flooded and they came immediately, Jessie R. assessed the situation and the Team arrived. Jhonatan, Sergio and Santona were remarkable. The work was accomplished in two days. They were efficent and friendly.

I recently had a water leak in my basement. Kelmann Restoration (Marcus and Uziel) were the first employees to start the process of tearing out of drywall, etc. They were very courteous and professional. Thank you for your hard work!!

The crews that Kelmann sent out were awesome. They jumped right in and started taking care of the mess we had!! They were efficient, communicated what they were doing and made us feel that we were the most important client that they had. Great job!!!
Last January, 2018 a drunk driver was misguided to use our driveway as the main highway. Instead of taking the curve he drove straight into the corner of our home at about 50 miles per hour. Kelmann was dispatched at 2:30am to send a crew to board up our home. That prevented open access to our home office and kept critters from taking up residence! We had our sewer line overflow and back up into our newly remodeled basement. Needless to say, it was a stressful situation. The only reason that I was able to get sleep at night was because I could rest easy knowing that the project was in good hands!! The guys were efficient, friendly, and very professional from beginning to end. It’s like it never happened! 100% would recommend!!!
Dan, the project manager, has been excellent to work with. His communication, responsiveness, and willingness to expedite our water restoration project is most appreciated. Manny and Jacob came to do the drywall repairs and painting. They did an excellent job. The area of drywall repair looked perfect, the painting was seamless and professional, and they were a pleasure to have in my home. I would highly recommend Kelmann.
I had major water damage in my condo that affected 3/4 of my condo. Everyone I worked with at Kelmann were excellent. Tom was my estimator and his explanation of what my insurance was paying and what I was paying were crystal clear. He was very patient with my change orders and was responsive to my phone messages and emails.
