I would recommend Kelmann Restoration to anyone who needs help with water damage. Recently my condo flooded and they came immediately, Jessie R. assessed the situation and the Team arrived. Jhonatan, Sergio and Santona were remarkable. The work was accomplished in two days. They were efficent and friendly.

Last January, 2018 a drunk driver was misguided to use our driveway as the main highway. Instead of taking the curve he drove straight into the corner of our home at about 50 miles per hour. Kelmann was dispatched at 2:30am to send a crew to board up our home. That prevented open access to our home office and kept critters from taking up residence! Dan, the project manager, has been excellent to work with. His communication, responsiveness, and willingness to expedite our water restoration project is most appreciated. Manny and Jacob came to do the drywall repairs and painting. They did an excellent job. The area of drywall repair looked perfect, the painting was seamless and professional, and they were a pleasure to have in my home. I would highly recommend Kelmann.

I had major water damage in my condo that affected 3/4 of my condo. Everyone I worked with at Kelmann were excellent. Tom was my estimator and his explanation of what my insurance was paying and what I was paying were crystal clear. He was very patient with my change orders and was responsive to my phone messages and emails. Traye, my project manager was always prompt in getting back to me when I sent and email or left a message. He kept me informed of the progress on my condo every step of the way.
