Had the bathroom floor replaced with a bad subfloor. They replaced the subfloor and we needed to plumber to come fix the plumbing and they came back within the same week to finish the flooring. Very affordable and happy with the service.
We thought the service was fantastic. They came in and took care of everything. They noticed a few rooms padding was still in good condition so even though we ordered and paid for the extra padding they returned the money for that padding. We never would have known but they were very honest and did great work. I recommend them.
Great experience from start to finish. I first met Michele in the showroom. Michelle is a wealth of knowledge and charisma. She cut to the chase and narrowed down my choices, allowing me to land on a great carpet. Just what I was looking for. Kelly came out later to take measurements. He was on time, pleasant and efficient. He worked with my schedule and sent Jim and Marvin out on the exact day I needed. Jim and Marvin are courteous and professional. Each room looks fantastic. I highly recommend Kelly’s Carpet.
