My water pump died recently, and I went to visit Brian Kelly to get my pump replaced. He was so friendly and HONEST! We had a really good talk and explained all that needed to be done to replace the submersible pump. If you’re looking for reliable and honest help this is where you need to go. Thank you so much for helping me out when we had no water at home.
6*'s if I could! Brian went out if his way to repair my lake water pump quickly (~1/2 work day). All in, less <$200. Better than south of $1k for a quality new one. I would recommend calling first to make sure someone is there as they are often out at a customer's site ( I heard as far as way as Mattawa and Burks Falls). Highly recommended.
Friendly, knowledgable, and accommodating. We have a very old water pump that I was sure needed to be replaced after it stopped operating properly. Someone suggested to have it looked over with Kelly's and that worked out great! Scott gave it a quick overhaul, provided me with lots of information and advice on setup, and the pump performs perfectly again. Highly recommend!
