I hate to even give this place one star. I called today to discuss a bill. I am frustrated as anyone would be in my situation and said a cuss word and the "customer service lady" hung up on me. I called back, she refused to let me talk to a manager or the owner. Long of the short is- A house I purchased had an empty propane take. We called got a quote- PAID IT.. then 3 months later get a bill for another $211 because THEIR delivery guy screwed up and didnt apply things correctly.
