I’ve been going here for a long time and recently went here and asked for a trim on the ends. The lady chopped off my hair to my shoulders and was left with a chunk taken out of the front of my hair. I left with a very distinct line compared to the back of my already butchered hair. I went back to get it fixed but the damage was already done. Don’t see myself ever returning.

I’m pissed off, the manager cut my hair got mad at me when I told her to cut my hair shorter like I asked her prior. Then she cut layers for 10 mins but it didn’t thin out my hair AT ALL. My bangs I had to take scissors to them to fix it when I got home and when I originally asked her to fix it she proceeded to cut a complete different spot and made it worse. Horrible service, Horrible haircut will never be returning DO NOT RECCOMMEND FOR LADIES!
