So many delicious choices! Excellent waitstaff and bartenders. This is the place to be for food and fun when you come to the beach. An Outer Banks icon.

Kelly's did our reception after my mother's funeral. They did an amazing job. Food, service, the works. We were even an hour earlier than we thought and they opened the bar early and moved up our food timeline. Kudos to them. I'll be recommending them to everyone.
Best oysters I have eaten on Nags Head. I will definitely be coming back.
The best fried oysters ever! The lime cilantro coleslaw was light and so refreshing. Oh yes, the mandarin cake was heavenly. We would definitely recommend Kelly's and will be back before we leave.
Omgeee ! Went this past weekend & the lump crab meat spinach artichoke dip with pita bread was awesome! As well as the Parmesan encrusted shrimp..will be back again !
