Love Kelly's been going since I was a baby, have not been in several years.
We went for drinks and dancing. as soon as we walked in there was an overwhelming smell of mildew. It was terrible. The building needs some serious work. Very outdated.....
Coming to OBX for vacation with my large group of friends we knew we wanted to do a dinner out together.... There were 25 including infants and young children. Kelly's was one of the only places to take the reservation. The staff was AMAZING. Not one persons food was wrong, cold, and all plates came out together. Then once everyone started eating, we found the food was just as amazing. Thank you Kelly's for making our family outing awesome.
Best place to eat on the Outer Banks. The creamy crab soup is to die for. Can't wait to go back.
The service upstairs was the worst service I've EVER experienced in my life. The bartender with the pony tail was BY FAR THE WORST BARTENDER I'VE EVER HAD!!!!!! My friend is still currently awaiting her tab after 20+ minutes of being on the actual bar. He knows she's there but he is decidedly avoiding her. It's terrible. I love this bar but I will NEVER go upstairs to get a drink while he's working. By the way, the downstairs is doing a fantastic job even though they're busy.
