We took our mower in to be repaired the end of June or early July. It took awhile to get the part in. I understood that. At this time I have paid $100 for pick up and return delivery and $1000 for the part. In September I was told it would be another $1450. I did not have this kind of money so I was having to make it in 2 payments when I received my SS check. They did take off $200 and some on the labor I was told. I paid $700 in October. Dropped 2 lawnmowers off on 9/15/25 and paid $35 as a deposit. Received a call lawn mowers were ready and final price. Went to pick up business was closed. Been calling for almost 3 weeks with no answer. Business has been closed and mailbox says it’s full. Work order 0234 for two lawn mowers has still not been responding to for me to retrieve. I would like to have my property back. I understand the business may be seasonal but I have seasonal lawn care I need to do as well. This is very concerning
