Bartender was preoccupied with his phone, waited 10 minutes for him to ask me what I wanted to drink, ran outta beer half way through the pour, set it down and walked away, awhile my wife is sitting next to me!!!! Never once ask her what would she like to drink!!!! As someone who is in the beverage industry, I was appalled!! A GOOD 25 minutes later, he asked us if we'd like to see a menu!! Very charming building. Nice historical elements still present, like the old bank vault. The food was very good, friendly and fast service. Crab cakes were very good, didn't feel there was a lot of filler, had a lot of crabmeat. Potatoe chips were homemade and really good. We will go there again when we are in the area.

The best place we've been to in Cape Charles. The atmosphere is such that you feel at home. We sat at the bar by choice and enjoyed our interaction with the staff....very friendly. My wife had the goat cheese salad with a crab cake and I had the night's special Shrimp & Grits. We judge a place by a) if we would return and b) if we would order the same meals. Love the atmosphere drinks are good but the prices are a little high especially with th.e using local foods...but all in all its alright
