They are really friendly to get you in and to cover up there wrong doing...bought a car...2 days later driving funny and making noise Took it back and pretty much said o well..as of today which is a year later still sits broken..they wanted too much to fix...I did take a mechanic with me to look at it to. 3000 down the drain..
Very disappointed Just make sure you have your OWN mechanic do a used car inspection before you make a purchase. Robert was a nice enough salesman but the manager Scott was rude on the phone, he doesn't let you get a word in, and he doesn't get back to you.
Salesman Scott Wenk is a liar and shouldn't be trusted. Kelly's Cars should be AVOIDED like the plague! This place will scam you just like they did us!!! Salesman Scott Wenk told us that the only rust on the truck I bought was surface rust behind the license-plate bracket. WRONG. There was rust throughout the truck: on and around the engine and under-carriage, and on the bottom of the frame below the doors. 2 months of owning car and it was in for repairs more days than we had it at home. You get the run around when you call. They never return calls. Then when i can finally pick up my car after service was done, all 4 center caps on the wheels, were "stolen" from the vehicle while on their lot. I have gotten the run around now for a month and still no hub caps. Scott keeps telling me he ordered them and they havent arrived.
