This brewery has rapidly established itself as an Albuquerque favorite. It is located in a stylish old car dealership whose former showroom serves as the tavern. Everything about it drips with nostalgia, but not to the shameless point of reducing it to a cheap tourist attraction. A huge outdoor patio makes for a perfect perch overlooking historic Route 66. Burgers, soups, salads, steaks, and even lamb shanks line its menu.

We ordered the fish and chips and French dip sandwich. The fish came out burned on the outside and still cold and raw on the inside. The French dip was tough to chew. Food was horrible. Service was great and the beer was good. Will never eat there again.

What is going on here? This past summer the food was great. I hear they hired a new chef. Well it’s time to get rid of him and bring back the old menu and the former chef. Burger looks good but is bland. Warm grilled salad?!?!? We talked with the manager and of course he can’t or won’t give us any good explanation except offer us dessert. Bleh.
I love the Sunday milonga at Kellys! The staff is super friendly and attentive.
For service I would give a 5 she was excellent. What changed in the green chili chicken soup...sorry chowder, now? My tortilla was cooked too long became crispy and tough. It was too thick...and the Cuban sandwich is gone??? These things need some changing! Please!!
Have to agree with another review to bring back the old menu. We have been on many occasions to attend Lobo Talk and have tried a variety of menu items only to be very disappointed. Nachos last night were really bad. Could not taste any cheese. Chicken sandwich that our friend ordered was cold. We wanted to have the pork belly tacos and sandwich, but they were out of pork belly. Bring back the old menu. At least service was better this time.***update*** within 15 min of writing review we were approached by “Liam” and pretty much attacked for writing a bad review... very unprofessional. Do yourself a favor...let this restaurant fade into history�. Review went from 2 to 1.
