I had French doors removed and replaced with a sliding glass door. From the start until the end was impressive. Everyone was very knowledgeable, considerate, and friendly. I was kept up to date on every phase of the process. The crew that installed the doors were great and the clean up amazing. I absolutely love my new doors and would recommend them to everyone.
Kelly replaced 14 windows in our bedroom; the whole experience was positive from presenting the product to the installation. The salesman offered some options during his presentation which in the end saved us money. I had Kelly Window and Door replace a back door and install a storm door in front. They did a terrific job, I had to wait a bit for the doors but everything is slowed down during Covid. They did keep in touch to let me know what was going on. I honestly didn't get competing bids. I'd heard good things about them and I wanted good doors. That's what I got. The men who did the installation were very pleasant and professional. They worked fast and cleaned up everything before they left, I recommend them highly!

We love our new front door! Our experience with Kelly Window & Door was outstanding! We visited the showroom to select our door. We received updates on our order. The installation went smoothly but unfortunately there was a small area that was damaged. The door was re-made and replaced promptly.

I have been doing business with Kelly Window and Door since 2001. Mike replaced all my windows, built two garden windows, covered all exposed wood with siding, and added decorative trim. When I have had a problem with any of Mike's products, he fixed them after one call. His crew is at my house today replacing a decorative trim around my roof line.
