Kelly Watters called my wife after an oncologist ordered a biopsy and told her "You know you have cancer, right?" and didn't even let us see the oncologist for the results. My wife sat for an hour in a parking lot ALONE sobbing because this person thought it was better the get the first word in.
She's changed the last couple yrs... Gone from caring to unable to even contact. Was told to go to a walk in clinic to get my rx (general meds, nothinv crazy) filled because they couldn't see me for 4 months and refused to even do a teledoc to get a refil until they could see me in person. She wouldn't see my husband for a skin cancer scare/referral for 4 months (could be too late if it was a big deal) but we couldn't get in. I loved her until I despised her. I was very upset to hear that Kelly would be leaving PCP on Sunset and Whitney Ranch Drive in Henderson. Kelly has been my primary care nurse practitioner/physician for several years. She has been extremely helpful and kind, gave me a big hug when I needed it, and I actually looked forward to my annual visit with her because she truly cares and made me feel at ease.
