I love Kelly! She is very caring and empathetic. I am not the best patient, at all! She has a way of explaining the benefit of treatments without making me feel stupid for being fearful of the treatment/s. She always takes into consideration how I feel and any suggestions that I have. She lets me try to correct things myself before going to ‘medicine’. I have always had a good experience with her. she is very dismissive and it feels like she doesn't actually take what you tell her seriously, like she just there to do her job and get out not actually help people like a doctor should.
