Trato excelente por parte de los vendedores y el personal, pero el despacho de los repuestos es un abuso, una falta de respeto y una asquerosidad, estuve casi dos horas esperando para que me entregaran una pieza que había sido recibida 3 horas atrás es decir ellos la recibieron a las 10 am y yo llegué a la 1 pm y esperé dos horas por la entrega y eso me pasa a cada rato , eso es un abuso total y una falta de respeto
So so. 1st time here. 1st impression not a good one. Not a welcoming one at that. 4 empty chairs at the parts counters. Parts people were all busy all I got was a single finger pointing to their ear pieces. Not one even looked at me. I understand they're busy. William helped me after his phone call. For which Im grateful. Then Picking up Parts is another ordeal. A bunch of pullers like 10 customers after me got their parts and left. still a 20 minute wait for 2 batteries. Gees. They are always professional and knowledgeable!
I would give them 10 stars if possible. Kristian Loynaz is great help and was able to get my parts and information as quick as possible. I would recommend anyone to go see him as a rep. This company is lucky to have someone who takes pride in his work. His attention to detail is outstanding!!!!
I would do 0 stars if it was available. The sold me a POS forklift that is been nothing but problems, expensive too. Warranty for 1 month is a joke. Very disappointed. I do not recommend anyone buying for this company. Your employees can be nice, but if you are selling garbage as a product to me that is still a garbage business. -10 stars is what you deserve.
