I have used Kelly for the purchase of a unit and the sale of two units over the years. She also is now acting as the property manager for one of our rentals. She is always available to discuss issues and responsive to both our needs and also our tenants. I had a wonderful experience working with Kelly and Rebecca. They made the process as stress free as possible. Their expertise was appreciated and made a big difference weighing decisions. They talked me through pro/cons of different real estate options. Kelly often called late at night to ensure all my questions were answered. They did a great job for me and made everything easier from start to finish. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would.
