Truely awful the staff is not helpful and inconsistent in their answers. I attempted to make an appointment with my approved referral to see Dr. Smith. The call desk was unprofessional and did know understand the basics of referral authorization. They transfered me multiple times; where I received different answers each time. I was asking how I should have my referral changed to see one of their providers but the staff was not knowledgeable of which Doctors were accepting new patients for the office that they work for. Dr Smith is an angel sent from heaven 💕Such an amazing Doctor. I went to to her for my first pregnancy and she made me feel so comfortable and cared for. She listen to every concern I had she answered every question I had she was very informative. I absolutely would recommend her to any new upcoming mommys or just to anyone who is trying to find a Doctor who actually genuinely provides the best care for their patients.
