Dr Shaffer is very kind, compassionate, and obviously loves what she does. I have found her to be quiet, yet personable and engaging. She takes the time to be you understand your care before leaving the office. Highly recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Kelly is a great physician who actually listens, and she has a great staff as well. She is very professional in her interactions even if she has a different perspective on certain things. She really tries to encourage you, which I find very helpful in the medical field. She doesn't try to belittle you or make you feel unimportant. I have never had to wait more than a few minutes past my appointment. 👍

A great physician answered all my questions , and the staff was great. They got me in today in a timely manner, very professional atmosphere. Thank-you and your staff for the great experience today.
My visit with Dr. Shaffer was the most rewarding of any I've ever had with a medical provider. She immediately put me at ease, and spent plenty of time listening to my concerns, formulating a treatment plan for me, and answering my questions. I feel Dr. Shaffer genuinely cares about her patients, and my only regret is that I didn't find her sooner.
