I never write reviews but this is one of the worst services. I have been trying to sign up to sub for my school district and had an interview and everything, thought everything was good to go until I never heard back. I tried calling and no response, I was hung up on immediately. Schools are in such a high demand for subs and it’s extremely hard to try and help when we get no response.

I applied in June2025. I have been repeatedly calling and emailed, and call the main office. Got transferred to St Joseph location and still have Not heard from one person. Not happy. Just wanted a job to provide for mine. But no luck at this temp service!

In the two years I worked for Kelly, the communication was horrible, and the onboarding may as well have been nonexistent. I never knew who my actual manager was, who to contact when I had questions, and I’d always have to send 3-4 emails to get a response. Now that I’m no longer working there I’m STILL having issues getting verification of my ending date for another job. This is easily the most unprofessional company I’ve ever worked for, and I don’t see how their practices can be sustainable.

I’ve been constantly calling this agency and you can never reach a department. So I pressed a number for teachers or substitutes and spoke with someone and was told that they will reach out to me and never did. I will prefer another agency also. The professionalism is very unprofessional.

Long ago, had an interview with Amara Jordan. Interview went great. Told me she liked my resume and would recommend me for the position. Told me she would reach out by the end of the week. She did not. I reached out to her. She said she was still waiting to hear from the manager of the company that was hiring and would get back to me the next week. I never heard from her again.
