Experiencing reoccurring wage theft. Did some research and it turns out this company has been sued several times for wage theft and related injustices. Terrible oppressive employer that avoids accountability for repetitive payroll discrepancies. Will be perusing legal action. You’ve been warned. Do not work for this company. TPS needs to hire directly and get rid of Kelly!
I am a substitute and only use Kelly because it’s what my school uses. If I didn’t really want to be in our school I wouldn’t be going through them. There is just unfortunately no way around them. I have had issues with them not wanting to pay me for jobs I completed because “that position isn’t in their contract”. But instead of contacting me or the school about it, I had to figure out why I wasn’t getting paid.
