They terminate you without a reason. I worked as a substitute teacher and a fight broke out in my classroom, which I separated but then I later got a a email asking me to write a statement. I wrote the statement stating what happened, they said they would review it and get back to me. After that they called me saying I was fired even though my statement was accurate and I had nothing to do with the fight.
I took a financial loss for advocating for myself against discrimination.
