Realtor Luz Gil Vargas out of Spokane/Renton Washington is very unprofessional & this real estate group also seems very fishy. We are a foundation repair company out of Texas. She contracted us to do repairs at a home here in Texas and once the repairs were completed she has disappeared & we have not heard from her, she wont answer phone calls or emails, and she owes us money on the remaining balance for the project!!!
