One of the worst experiences ever... very unhappy
Krubala is a scumbag do not trust him one bit - he used his real estate license to search for my home - leased it on a short term rental, then threw a house party with over a hundred underage kids, drugs, alcohol, etc.. destroyed my house and laughed in my face when I tried to get police to remove him - told me ‘I’m a real estate agent & I know the laws’ Tried to get Kelly Right to get behind me in having some sort of resolution but they’re sticking by their agent - avoid your house being used for a house party - avoid Kelly... read more

Lynn Diddens cost me thousands from her inexperience. She's only been an agent for a year and it showed. I was selling a house that she entered into contract at $16K over listing price. She then complained that the price was too high and demanded $10K in concessions. Then said that her "all cash buyer" didn't actually have any cash. Zero. As a buyer or seller I would not recommend doing business with Lynn Diddens.
We are incredibly happy with our new home and it's all thanks to Chris Warmuth!! We highly recommend him for your home buying/selling needs. Thank you Chris!
