Dr. Privett and her team are the BEST! I am not a fan of going to the dentist, but going there is a fantastic experience. She is not rough with you like some dentists are, and is very understanding about your concerns. The entire staff is friendly and great. I have recommended Dr. Privett’s office to all of my friends and family. 10/10 recommend!
The office was great for many years, until there was a divorce that Kelly involved herself into in very disturbing ways. In addition to blatant HIPAA violations, Kelly sharing details about appointments and other info that is none of my ex's business, whenever I had appointments, Kelly was never available to give an exam, I received only cleanings. Dr. Privett and her staff are fantastic at what they do. As a bonus everyone there is super friendly and truly cares. My wife and kids agree!
I cracked a tooth in half days before leaving for a two-week vacation outside the country. Dr. Privett's office scheduled me for an emergency appointment same day and Dr. Privett was able to provide a temporary filling that will serve until I return and can receive a permanent crown. The most incredible part is that unlike typical fillings, where it can take a couple days to adjust to changes in bite or tooth contour, this one feels like it never happened.
